Former VP of PayPal has been reportedly outed as the anonymous tipper giving away thousands of dollars at restaurants across America. Jack Selby is the alleged do-gooder with one server in Chelsea, New York telling a local paper, the VP was the person he served at the time. Selby has yet to confirm or deny.
