Uzbekistan's ambassador to UNESCO Lola Karimova-Tillyaeva has spearheaded the initiative to launch a free iPhone application on Uzbekistan. The UZ UNESCO programme seeks to raise the awareness of the international community of the Central Asian country's rich cultural and historical heritage.
