Winter sessions starts from 5th December, likely to be stormy

. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said, all political parties had agreed upon bringing the Telangana bill in the Winter Session. On the other hand Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj mentioned that her party will oppose LBA, if the government tries to pass it.
