Nigeria to boost state controlled education

Nigeria has started an ambitious programme to enroll 9-and-a-half million children into public schools. The government built new facilities and hired more teachers to make this happen. Al Jazeera's Ahmed idris reports from the north Nigerian state of Katsina.
