Prankster group Whatever was giving out sweatshirts from the Thread Society in New York City as part of a goodwill video when the chance to perform a much more serious good deed arose.

They found a homeless Czech man who didn’t speak English, but spoke a little Russian.

Brandon’s girlfriend spoke Russian, and was able to decipher that the man was named Jaroslav and came to America to work, but was robbed, and ended up alone and homeless in a country he couldn’t speak the language of.

The crew realized they had the rare chance to change the life of a truly needy person, and thankfully they did.
