RBS treatment of small businesses 'disgusting'

Government advisor and businessman Lawrence Tomlinson, who has conducted a report into RBS' treatment of small businesses, says some of the cases he has uncovered are "disturbing" and even if only half of them were true it is still "disgusting" behaviour from the state-backed bank.
