Underwater turbine initiative threats sealife

Killer whales hunt salmon in the rich waters off the North American west coast. But a new green energy project, in which turbines are places on the seafloor, threatens to harm fish life. Al Jazeera's Allen Schauffler reports from the Salish Sea.
