Survivors on tiny Philippine island left without help

Residents on Bantayan, on northern Cebu Island, where most have lost their homes, have been left to their own fate.are trying to rebuild as state assistance fails to arrive. There are shortages of water and food and many of the victims of the disaster say it’s about time they too got help.
