An Osaka policeman posted indecent photos with his adulterous lover over the internet. This was reported to prosecutors as a case of sexual indecency. The 56-year-old suspect got acquainted with a forty-something woman living in Osaka through an online dating website this January where the two developed an adulterous relationship. He was suspected of posting sadomasochistic images twice on his own website from March to July.

Moreover, he was suspected of violating the Cannabis Control Law as the police discovered some marijuana-like leaves in his car this August. The suspect revealed during the interrogation that he was asked to gather up even more "playmates." He also confessed to purchasing marijuana, which he knew was illegal. He has resigned soon after being put on suspension for indecent exposure.
