A Taipei, Taiwan man, Mr. Wang, was arrested for sexually assaulting a woman outside of a night club last month.

The man is only 135 cm (4 feet, 5 inches) tall and it's assumed he has a short-man's complex and cannot get a girlfriend. Instead of talking to women directly, Mr Wang would wait and take advantage of intoxicated women at the local night club around the corner from the convenience store from where he worked.

Police suspect because of his proficiency for finding the right woman at the right time, this may not be his first offense. Taipei authorities are still investigating the case.
