A coalition of Libyan militias has announced it will sell oil from a terminal it controls, as more sources of revenue continue to slip out of Ali Zeidan's governmen coffers. The powerful militias, which includes religious and secular groups, have made Libya's central government ineffective in many parts, especially in the eastern part of the country. Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid reports.
