Another video has been released of Rob Ford, and this time he?s on a violent rampage. The clip, released Thursday, shows the mayor vowing threats against an unknown target. It?s surprisingly graphic, Ford saying he?ll ?rip the man?s throat out.? It?s another exhibit in an already tall stack of evidence against the Mayor, who admitted to smoking crack on Tuesday. His lawyer says Ford is now ?considering rehab.?
