Kanye West and Fiancee Kim Kardashian are suing the creator of Youtube Chad Hurley for breach of contract. The degrading lawsuit calls Hurley a ?loser? who was not invited to the engagement party but yet sold video of Kanye?s over the top proposal to promote his new business.
