?LOSER? LAWSUIT: Power Couple Kimye Sue the Founder of Youtube for the Leaked Engagement Video

Kanye West and Fiancee Kim Kardashian are suing the creator of Youtube Chad Hurley for breach of contract. The degrading lawsuit calls Hurley a ?loser? who was not invited to the engagement party but yet sold video of Kanye?s over the top proposal to promote his new business.
