EU leaders unite over US spying allegations

The message from German Chancellor Angela Merkel following talks with EU leaders in Brussels is that the US has to stop spying on Europe.

They have put forward a plan to limit intelligence sharing with Washington.

But she says America's spying has shattered trust in the Obama administration.
