I received these very quickly. They worked really well, great sound, good fit, they stayed in my ears well. But I was using them on my treadmill and plugged them into an extension I use on the TV and they got stuck. I had used this extension numerous times with other headphones, including Apples earpods, and have never had any problems. I had to use pliers to unplug the headphones and ever since, the remote buttons do not work. The sound is still great and I still use them, but it sucks not having the controls. Like I said, Ive used the Earpods in the extension before and since and havent had any problems, the remote buttons still work. I just have a hard time keeping the Apple ones in my ears, which is why I ordered the AudioTechnica. I had heard great reviews. http://garyadair.com/923065
