OOPS: University of Iowa TA Accidentally Sends X Rated Selfies to Entire Class

A teaching assistant at the University of Iowa accidentally sent her class an x-rated Google chat with her boyfriend. The TA meant to sent out solutions to math problems shown in class...oops! The email spread like wildfire on the web, with numerous tweets making reference to it. The TA was in class the next day trying to act like nothing happen and the university issued a statement saying she regretted her actions and it was an accident.
