On May 21st, 2013 Miami Beach saves a half naked man with a backpack from jumping from the top of the roof of 16th street garage. It seems the man was suicidal. A psychologist distracts him, while other officers sneak in from the back.
The crowd on the street below cheers after the successful rescue.
