Cantwell Cliffs - Hocking Hills Ohio

https://www.youtube.com/CyclingExplorerTV - Cantwell Cliffs is a great challenge for a beginning hiker. There are plenty of stairs to keep the blood pumping. The 150 foot gorge is a beauty to behold. Both trails take about an hour and a half and you need to be aware of loose stairs and tripping hazards.
