Next time I make a voting video I won't include a character design! ;D well, this one got the most votes :) I was requested to do a penguin, and I was requested to do badtz-Maru :) Hope you like it. since he's always so angry looking the obvious background colour would be pink right? ;D or, well.. it looked good I think with the pink and black together.
