I've been wanting to do this design for a while, and after watching a video by Grav3yardgirl I decided to make it now. Keep Talia in your thoughts.
This is not a complete tutorial - It's not perfect, and there may not be too many step by steps shown, but I still hope you'll enjoy. Since I can't show the whole process of making the portrait nails, I chose to show the paints I use instead - maybe that'll be helpful in some odd way?
I used acrylic paint - though I do seal with regular top coat and I used a glitter polish for the background.
