Scary Looking "Horizontal Tornado" Rolls Across Northern Virginia

Mother Nature is capable of some pretty scary and beautiful things. Right in the middle of this are cloud formations that look like a "horizontal tornado." Known as arcus clouds, the rare formations usually look a lot scarier than they really are.
