A person dressed as a clown is scaring residents of Northampton, England. The clown, that resembles Pennywise the Clown from Stephen King's 'It,' is popping up in random places, and even has its own Facebook page. Gillian Pensavalle (@GillianWithaG) has the creepy photos.
