Gay Married Couples Now Eligible For Veteran’s Benefits

Veterans of gay spouses will now be eligible to receive health care, disability, and survival benefits. US Attorney General, Eric Holder announced he will no longer enforce a law banning gay spouses from sharing veteran benefits. This is the latest in a series of equality moves made by the Obama Administration after ruling DOMA unconstitutional.
