The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) has developed a new miniature electric car called the Armadillo-t. It has wheels that can be independently controlled, and the ability to turn 360 degrees and fold itself nearly in half. Energy efficient, super compact, but it can only reach 37 mph.
