Surveillance Cam Shows Mom Beaten By Cop

WQAD obtains video of a woman beaten by a police officer while under arrest for shoplifting. WMAQ reports the officer struck first, the attack sent the woman to the hospital, but that the officer is still on the job. The violent confrontation happened in front of the woman’s 1 year-old.
