To get to the address, simply open your browser. In the address bar, type

192.168.0.1 [VIRGIN SUPERHUB USERS ONLY]
Username = Admin
Password = Changeme [Unless you have changed it from default]
You will see three boxes. Underneath, you see "Advanced Options" - Click this.
Go to "Wireless settings"
In wireless settings, change the channel from "AUTO" to "11" - And change the box beneath from "300" to "145".
"Apply" these settings. The router will reset itself.

Play some games, and see if this helps.

For adding a router [use NETGEAR] this WILL NOT work with a SKY Router.

Go to 192.168.0.1
Username = Admin
Password = changeme

Go to Advanced Settings. At the bottom of the list on the left hand side, you will see an option "Modem Mode". Click the option. When it brings you the page, check the button that says "Enable modem mode"

The router will now reset itself. You will NO LONGER have WIRELESS access from the Virgin super hub. To get wired internet, insert an Ethernet cable into the slot closest to your power cord, and the other end to your computer.

To use a new Router. Simply plug the ethernet cable into the slot on the Virgin super hub, closest to the power cord, and on the Netgear router, in slot number 1. Reset the Netgear router. Turn on your computer, and join the netgear router network.

When you now play FIFA, you will have NO DISCONNECTIONS..!!

To turn OFF modem mode on your Virgin super hub, you need to directly connect your computer to the superhub. Go back to 192.168.0.1 - and turn off the modem mode option. when the router resets itself, you will have your wireless back, however, you will no longer have wireless option the Netgear router.
