When you have a new team member sign up, you have to believe and expect that they will be the next leader. You have to communicate this with them and talk to them like you KNOW it’s going to happen. This will cause them to KNOW that it’s going to happen and guess what? IT HAPPENS! This is the best way to create leadership in yourself and in your team!
