Brazilian Soccer Ref Publicly Stoned, Quartered, Head Put On a Stake

A 20 year old Brazilian soccer referee was publicly stoned, quartered, and his head put on a stake in the middle of a soccer field after he stabbed a soccer player at an amatuer soccer match. The player reportedly died on the way to the hospital.
