A two headed turtle, named Thelma and Louise, was hatched at the San Antonio Zoo in Texas. A zoo spokeswoman says the turtle is doing fine, and can swim and walk. The San Antonio Zoo is no stranger to two headed animals: the zoo was home to a two headed Texas rat snake from 1978 until it’s death in 1995.
