Short Sale Determination to Get It Closed

I have been negotiating this Condo at Cape Harbour Dr. for almost a year. It will be a year in July. Do You believe it? This is not normal but every once in awhile you come across complications. And believe me this one had them all, judgments, bankruptcy, trustee and change of loan servicers. It started out as a loan to Bank of America and we had it at approval and the very day the Underwriter was writing the approval letter BofA sold it to Ocwen Loan Servicing. Wow they are in the dark ages with processing short sales. They outsource to India, try talking to them. So I schedule appointment phone calls to America to talk to someone here. They don't use Equator for document processing. But I am determined to close this one. I don't know if it is tenacity or stupidity or just plain determination but I have not stopped with title judgments, bankruptcy attorney's or trustee's. Condo Association Attorney's you name it. I have had it all but I think we have finally gotten to the end. I think we will close this one. As I said I don't give up. Never have and never will. I have closed every short sale I have taken.
