The newborn baby found stuck in a sewer pipe in China has been released from the hospital to his grandparents. The baby, known as "Baby 59", made headlines across the world when his dramatic rescue was caught on tape. The boy’s 22 year old mother is still in the hospital and claims the whole thing was an accident. Police have decided not to file charges.
