Near the Ohio Valley Mall store, a semi-trailer fell into a ravine. People then wanted to take pictures of the accident, but a security guard of the mall does not want to take photos and intervenes against the photographers. A fight will then break out between the security officer and a woman taking pictures. The fight took place on the grounds of the mall and according to the director, the security guard just doing his job in explaining to the woman that the photos were not allowed on the property of the mall.
