I am a practising advocate with an experience of about more than nine years, specialized in Criminal matters like Bail, Anticipatory Bail, Domestic Violence, 138 matters etc. The very aim & object of creating this YouTube Channel is to empower a layman to be acquainted with the rights and obligations enshrined in the Constitution of India, to enable him/her to understand the basic concepts of Law and to make him/her understand the status of his/her pending cases in the Courts and to provide him/her free assistance to determine the line of action thereof. In order to achieve that aim & object, the method I have opted is the summarization of the latest judgments of the Supreme Court and the High Courts of India. In videos, I endeavour to interpret the technicality of law in the light of these judgments in layman words. The videos are also meant to enhance the knowledge of practising advocates and law students.
