M.S.& M. International is a Management, Sales & Marketing Company operating within the Music,
Media, and Entertainment industries. International Music Marketing. The role of M.S. & M. International
is as parent company and marketing & promotions vehicle to it's in-house assets, whilst offering the same
services & resources to other businesses and individuals who are active in music industry commerce and related
industries i.e. Media & Entertainment. M.S. & M. International was a music business model designed in 1994 at the custard factory in Birmingham under an umbrella company called Muzart.
The model was built on the musical experience gained whilst signed to a development deal with MCA records at a time where urban artists where not signed directly by Major Record Labels.
As a member of the all-girl-rap-quartet Ruff Jusdis, an in-experienced management situation led to MCA dealing directly with the founder.
This became the training ground for which areas
such as publishing, music marketing, music finance, music commerce, contracts and procedures became the day to day
business of the founder, along side being a songwriter/ recording artist.
