Kelley D. Hamilton is a former real estate appraiser and graduate of Portland State University. Currently, Kelley D. Hamilton serves as CEO of Bonaventure Construction, LLC, where he oversees new building projects for Bonaventure Senior Living. Kelley D. Hamilton is also CEO of Bonaventure Senior Living, overseeing operations for all of the company’s 37 facilities in the Northwest. Among the many projects Kelley D. Hamilton has overseen at Bonaventure Senior Living is the construction of a new facility in Colorado Springs. This brings the total number of states to six that the company serves, according to Kelley D. Hamilton. For each location, Kelley D. Hamilton oversees the management of finances, human resources, information systems, and more, keeping each facility operating to Bonaventure’s high standards. Late last year, Kelley D. Hamilton also added community giving to Bonaventure’s many initiatives. For each new resident that moved in, Kelley D. Hamilton, on behalf of Bonaventure, gave $1,000 to the charity of that resident’s choice. If a resident referred that new resident, Kelley D. Hamilton added $500 to the referring resident’s favorite charity. Bonaventure also offered $500 to any charity that referred a resident who moved in, providing a more direct route between Bonaventure and the charity. Prior to joining Bonaventure, Kelley D. Hamilton performed real estate appraisals and consulting for senior living facilities in Oregon as President of Kline Hamilton Realty Advisors. Kelley D. Hamilton founded the firm, which worked with 45 clients to determine the best locations in which to open assisted living facilities. There, Kelley D. Hamilton worked alongside facilities that provided housing for patients suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Today, Bonaventure Senior Living includes several Memory Care locations, dedicated to the care of those dealing with these specialized needs.
