Tom Crews lives in Louisville, Kentucky, and brings over three decades of illustrious coaching and teaching experience to all he does. Tom has had a variety of head coaching roles and is well-known for leading numerous teams to titles. Throughout his high school coaching career, Tom's leadership has helped his teams win a variety of championships, go undefeated, achieve high rankings, and set records.

In honor of his achievements, Tom was awarded Coach of the Year many times across the nation, district, and region. His commitment to sportsmanship and teamwork has allowed his teams to achieve tremendous success. In addition to team building, he has established substantial connections with his team members, and these ties will last long after his pupils graduate and make their place in the world. Tom, who puts a high value on team relationships, has stayed loyal to his ideals by keeping in touch with many past colleagues. Many of his former players have gone on to become head coaches or hold important positions in education, such as principal and superintendent.
