Techvedic – Tech (curtailed form of word technology in English) and Vedic (means Knowledge in Sanskrit) – the combination echoes the brand ideology well. Yes, since its inception in 2009 by Anurag Sharma, a former IBM employee, the brand has been consistently striving to make sure that people can make the best of the Information and Communication Technology and its products and services to achieve their objectives and accomplish their dreams.
Formerly, it was restricted to technical support only and operated locally in Las Vegas, US to serve home consumers using Windows and OS X based systems. Driven by success, Techvedic extended its tech support nationwide. In 2010, Techvedic switched its operational base to New Delhi, India with an aim to have global footprints by harnessing the blossoming IT expertise of the country. And the ambition worked right, and Techvedic received overwhelming success in a short span of time with operations getting consumers’ applaud in the UK, Australia, Canada and India along with the US.
Later in 2013, realizing the potential and capabilities of Cloud technology to drive growth, impart agility, embrace scalability and flexibility in equal measure, Techvedic ventured into other business avenues like cloud backup and recovery, cloud computing, and cloud telephony services. The mission was to reduce TCO (total cost of ownership), increase operational efficiency and provide better business resilience and let businesses serve their clients efficiently. For better administration of its business, Techvedic segregated them under different brands. For instance, EasyTechy took the onus of managing and delivering tech support, BackupRunner of cloud backup and recovery. Cloud computing is offered under Vedic Cloud. Thus, Techvedic transformed itself into a group of companies. E-Commerce and digital marketing also joined the bandwagon in later phase with the induction of Officestoq and GlitzyMedia respectively.
