Kitteretsu Daihyakka Eichii tells the story of Kitteretsu, a descendant of a great inventor named Kiteretsu Saisama. The authors say that Kiteretsu is Nobita's cousin and just as Doraemon is known for his 22nd century gadgets, Kiteretsu is smart for his interesting inventions.
