00:00first of all place instagram icon and select label and emboss and adjust the setting according to it
00:20and then select stand and also adjust the setting according to it and select color overlay and apply
00:27and then go to question blur and apply the blurness around radius 1 and press ok
00:33then make a new layer and press ctrl alt shift e and then select page tool and select source and apply it gently
00:45and disable the lower layer and change the blending mode into luminosity and decrease the opacity around 77
