00:00How to play UNO Nonpartisan
00:07Hey, did you listen to what this said in the town hall meeting?
00:10Well, that's exact. Not today.
00:13Here you go, Weito. Welcome to UNO Nonpartisan.
00:17A game where debates are shut down, strategies are tested, and this really does not do anything else.
00:25Let's dive into it.
00:30The rules? Same as classic UNO, but with few simple changes.
00:35And that you can check out from our video about how to play UNO. The link's in the description.
00:41What's inside the deck?
00:43You'll find 112 cards just like regular UNO.
00:47That includes 76 number cards ranging from 0 to 9 in orange, green, yellow, and purple.
00:5424 action cards, skip, reverse, and draw 2, each appearing twice per color.
01:014 wild cards, 4 wild draw 4 cards, 3 wild customizable cards, and 1 double-sided veto card.
01:10The two changes in nonpartisan are color swap.
01:14The usual red and blue cards? Gone.
01:18Instead, the deck features orange and purple, alongside the classic yellow and green.
01:24Number 2. The Weito card. Silence is power.
01:28If any player starts talking politics, slap the Weito card down.
01:33The offender must immediately stop talking and skip their next turn.
01:38Once their turn is skipped, the Weito card goes back to the center, ready to strike again.
01:43Talk less. Play more. Keep yourself nonpartisan.
