Based on a 1960's Story, the newly wedded woman feels blissful in her marriage unaware of her husband’s true nature. Six months later, her husband tells her to go and ask her father for money. She overcomes her initial shock and gives in thinking this is just a temporary setback and is normal for any marriage. Soon, she is told to get financial help again, she refuses to oblige and discovers the man’s barbaric side when he beats her mercilessly and forces her out of the house to bring back money. Her life has turned upside down and she finds herself at a crossroads, knowing and not knowing which path to take.
