01:21However, because people in Kali Yuga are filled with anger and hatred, they start fighting
01:25among themselves.
01:26As a result, wars break out, and they not only kill each other but also destroy the

01:31Now, in the present time, the whole world is in ruins.
01:34Only one city is still livable, and that city is Kashi, located in India.
01:39Kashi is known as the world's first city, established at the beginning of human civilization.
01:44Apart from Kashi, there is another livable city named Shambhala, but very few people
01:48know its location.
01:50According to Buddhist beliefs, Shambhala is a hidden city in the Himalayas, but its exact
01:53location is unknown.
01:55In Kashi, we see that the city has a mix of rich and poor people.
01:59The poor live in terrible conditions, while the rich live in a complex triangular area
02:02in the middle of the city.
02:04This complex has clean food, water, air, good clothes, nice houses, trees, rivers, and forests.
02:09The rich people live here, and the complex is managed by someone called the Supreme or
02:12Skin.
02:14The Supreme has a personal army that follows his orders, and a commander manages the army.
02:18In this complex city, there is no currency like dollars or rupees.
02:21Instead, they use units as their money.
02:24To live in the complex, one needs to give a million units, which is equal to 10 lakh

02:29Since poor people don't have that many units, they cannot live in the complex.
02:34Our movie's main hero is rebel star Prabhas, whose character in the movie is named Bhairava.
02:39When Bhairava is introduced, we learn that he lives in the city of Kashi, but he has

02:43He has no mother, father, siblings, or anyone, so he lives alone.
02:47Despite this, we find out that Bhairava is a skilled fighter, knowing many ways to combat

02:52Like many South Indian movie heroes, Bhairava is powerful and strong.

02:58However, he dreams of one day entering the complex, but he doesn't have the million

03:03Because of this, he lives by borrowing units from others, and he often cannot repay his

03:07One day, a spy from Shambhala sneaks into Kashi.
03:11Many goons try to catch the spy because capturing someone from Shambhala brings a big reward
03:14from the commander of the complex.
03:16When Bhairava sees the spy, he fights the goons and captures the spy himself.
03:20But then Bhairava realizes the spy is just an ordinary person trying to enter the complex.
03:26He doesn't trust the spy's story and locks him up in his house, planning to turn him
03:29in later for the reward to gather the units he needs.
03:32We are then introduced to Disha Patani's character, Roxy, who is Bhairava's girlfriend.
03:36Roxy tells Bhairava that she has secured a job in the complex and will start tomorrow.
03:41Bhairava begs her to take him along for just one day because he dreams of seeing the beautiful,
03:44clean place with rivers, forests, and plentiful food.
03:47Roxy agrees, and they enjoy the complex together until they are caught by soldiers.
03:51After seeing the complex, Bhairava becomes determined to move there.
03:55He devises a plan to gather the needed units and shift to the complex quickly.
03:59Next, we see a large lab in the complex with many girls and scientists.
04:02Here, it is revealed that the supreme or skin, the ruler of the complex, is actually Kali.

04:09Kali is in a very bad condition, weak and frail, with no powers.

04:17Kali wants to become powerful again and needs a special serum to do so.
04:21This serum can only be extracted from the womb of a pregnant woman.
04:25For this, Kali has built a large lab and employs top scientists.
04:28His soldiers capture many girls and keep them imprisoned in the lab.
04:32Through a special scientific experiment, Kali impregnates these girls using a unique method,
04:36aiming to create the serum he needs to regain his powers.
04:38However, we also see that not all the girls who undergo seeding become pregnant.
04:43Those who do become pregnant are kept in a separate area and are given the best accommodations
04:46in food.
04:47But the girls who don't become pregnant after seeding are made slaves in the lab.
04:51These slave girls serve the pregnant ones and provide any help they need.
04:55We also learn that the serum Kali needs can only be extracted from a pregnant woman who
04:59has been pregnant for more than 121 days, meaning at least 4 months.
05:03However, due to the seeding process, the girls in the lab usually don't survive more than
05:0790 or 91 days, meaning they die within 3 months.
05:11Despite this, Kali continues the seeding process, hoping to eventually find a girl who can remain
05:14pregnant for over 121 days so he can get the serum.
05:18Amidst all this, we see Deepika Padukone, one of the captured girls in the lab.
05:22She isn't pregnant and is one of the girls who couldn't get pregnant after seeding.
05:26Therefore, she works as a slave, helping the pregnant girls.
05:29We also learn that Deepika was brought here from the complexion when she was very young

06:15Ashwatthama then sets out to find the woman who will give birth to Kali's avatar.
06:19We also learn that the woman destined to give birth to Kali's avatar is none other than
06:22Deepika Padukone, or Some 80.
06:24Shortly after, the machine in which Deepika is held breaks down.
06:28A friend, another slave girl, helps Deepika escape through a secret route to the lower
06:31levels of the lab.
06:33This friend reveals that she is a spy from Shambhala and has been gathering information
06:36about the lab for the past two years.

06:40The friend takes Deepika to a secret gate and explains that they can escape from here
06:43and that Deepika will be taken to Shambhala, where she will be safe.
06:47Deepika asks why she is doing all this, to which her friend explains that Shambhala is
06:50a sacred city, and it is believed that a woman will give birth to a god, Kali's avatar,
06:54who will bring prosperity to mankind.
06:56She believes Deepika is that woman and feels it is her duty to protect her.
07:00She urges Deepika to escape through the gate to avoid being captured by the soldiers.
07:04To stop them, she decides to stay behind.
07:06Hearing this, Deepika steps outside and sees three more agents from Shambhala with a large
07:10vehicle ready to take her away.
07:12They quickly help Deepika into the vehicle and rush off, trying to reach Shambhala as
07:15quickly as possible.
07:17Meanwhile, Complexion realizes Deepika has escaped and orders all his soldiers to capture
07:21her, announcing a reward of 5 million units for anyone who brings her back.
07:26Airava hears about this reward and decides to capture Sundi to earn the 5 million units,
07:30which would allow him to live comfortably in Complexion.
07:32As Deepika is being transported to Shambhala by three agents, we learn their names, Viren,
07:36Kyra, and another companion.
07:38Kyra asks Deepika her name, to which she replies some 80.
07:42Kyra suggests that she should change her name to Sundi, which Deepika agrees to.
07:46Shortly after, Complexion's forces catch up with them and attack, attempting to recapture
07:50Sundi.
07:51At this moment, Ashwatthama, played by Amitabh Bachchan, arrives and defeats the soldiers,
07:55saving Sundi.
07:56He tells her that he will protect her from now on because she is destined to give birth
08:00to a god soon.
08:01Bairava, who had found Sundi, arrives and tries to take her away, leading to a fight
08:05between him and Ashwatthama.
08:07Ashwatthama defeats Bairava and takes Sundi and her companions to Shambhala.
08:11When the commander learns that the soldiers had found Sundi, he arrives at the scene with
08:14more soldiers, only to find the bodies of his men and Bairava defeated.
08:18The commander orders Bairava to be arrested.
08:21As Bairava is being taken away, he tells the commander that he heard the group mention
08:24they were heading to Shambhala and that he is the only one who knows its location.
08:27He asks for one chance to bring Sundi back.
08:30The commander agrees, promising Bairava entry into Complexion if he succeeds.
08:34Bairava then goes home and releases the Shambhala spy he had captured a long time ago.
08:38However, he tricks the spy, saying that Complexion won't grant entry and that capturing anyone
08:42now is pointless.
08:44And that's why, he releases him at this time.
08:47Hearing this, the Shambhala spy tells Bairava that he shouldn't think about going to Complexion
08:52anymore.
08:53Instead, he should come to Shambhala, a beautiful city, and join the forces of good.
08:58Bairava agrees because this is actually part of his plan.
09:01He goes with the Shambhala spy straight to Shambhala.
09:04Once inside, Bairava knocks out the spy, betrays him, and goes straight to Sundi.
09:08He disguises himself as Ashwatthama and starts taking Sundi away, but as soon as they step

09:14A fierce battle ensues between Bairava and Ashwatthama.
09:17This time, Bairava is well-prepared and puts up a good fight.
09:21During their battle, Complexion and his soldiers attack Shambhala, leading to a massive war
09:24between the soldiers of Shambhala and Complexion.
09:27The commander of Complexion, along with his soldiers, begins to overpower and kill many
09:30Shambhala soldiers.
09:32During this time, it is revealed that the weapon Ashwatthama wields actually belongs
09:36to Karna from the Mahabharata.
09:38The weapon falls into Bairava's hands, and as soon as it does, it begins to glow, greatly
09:42enhancing Bairava's powers.
09:44In a flashback, we learn that Bairava is actually Arjuna from the Mahabharata and his true powers
09:49as Arjuna awaken.
09:51Bairava transforms into Arjuna and fights the commander's soldiers, ultimately defeating
09:54them and killing the commander, thereby saving Sunti.
09:57However, when he releases the weapon, he reverts to being Bairava.
10:01He takes Sunti and escapes in his vehicle, flying away from Shambhala.
10:04Ashwatthama tries to stop him but fails.
10:07Bairava successfully escapes with Sunti.
10:10The scene then shifts to Complexion, where we see Kali.
10:13You might remember that during Sunti's extraction, a drop of serum was obtained before the machine
10:17shut down.
10:18Kali receives this drop of serum and injects it into his body.
10:21As soon as the serum enters his body, Kali's frail and weak physique transforms into a
10:25powerful and muscular one, making him extremely strong.
10:28Kali decides that he now wants the entire serum and vows to find Sunti to extract the
10:31rest of it.
10:33He believes that, once he has the complete serum, no one, not even the gods, will be
10:37able to stop him.
