A drought has hit the city, and Linda’s experiment to create an artificial rain cloud attracts the attention of Klone. He steals the idea to conjure up acid rain clouds. Geckoman , Danny and Linda have to stop this freak crime storm from getting out of control by using nature’s other powers and as a result, ending Klone’s crimes and the city drought.
