This is Part 1 of the partly missing story, 'The Wheel In Space' produced by the Joint Venture team around the year 1998. For at least twelve years, this served as the main way Doctor Who fans could re-live this story as the Loose Cannon version was not released until 2011.
I hope you will appreciate this early attempt to complete this Doctor Who adventure and bring it back to life.
