Varinos, Inc is developing a new clinical testing service using the latest genomic technology. As the first step, They provide an "Endometrial Microbiome test" that detects microbial imbalance in the uterus, which can be considered as one of the causes of infertility.
Actually, it had been said that the uterus was sterile until a few years ago. But recently, by using the latest technology, we have realized the presence of bacteria in the uterus.
In addition, several studies have shown that bacterial imbalance in the uterus is related to infertility. So, our Endometrial Microbiome test detects the balance of how much bacteria there are to explore the causes of infertility.
We provide graphical reports that show how much of each detected bacterium there is at a glance.
In addition, although the amount of bacteria in the uterus is very low, we have developed our original method to separate them from bacteria from the environment.
The service is expected to understand the cause to infertility couples, especially couples with embryo implantation failures, or couples who have experienced repeated miscarriages. It can contribute greatly to the selection of effective treatments for them.
This technology is not only expected to raise the pregnancy rate of IVF patient, but it should be important for natural pregnancy too.
