This song „Gather Together – it’s christmas Tim“ was composed by Austrian composer/arranger Augustin Lehfuss and first sung by British singer Anne Elisabeth Semper, who had also written the lyrics. The original version of the song, released in 2008 was frequently played by several radio stations in Europe, and lively performed in many christmas shows.
Over the years the original version, which can also be downloaded on CD Baby, seemed to be something old fashioned with it’s classical string arrangements, so it appeard appropriate to create a new, more fashinable version of this song.
