TRAILER VERDICT

Pinocchio: Unstrung delivers the louder and bloodier trailer, emphasizing monstrous character design, familiar fairy-tale imagery and gruesome slasher kills.

The Treehouse offers a more grounded and suspenseful experience built around isolation, mystery, grief and a woman determined to turn the tables on whatever is hunting in the forest.
