Day 2 testing the Temu shoes with the stock insoles. Day 1 felt pretty good overall, though something did feel a little weird — turns out my calves are incredibly tight today, which is a bit of a new issue to work through.

Even with the tightness, these still feel so much better than my old shoes by comparison. Curious to see how today's run actually goes given the calf tightness carrying over from yesterday. This kind of adjustment period is normal when switching to a completely different shoe, especially coming from years in worn-out footwear.

New gear often comes with a break-in period your body has to adjust to. Have you ever had new shoes cause an unexpected muscle reaction like tight calves?
