Ragi Momos with Instant Asian Dip

Giving a healthy and nutritious twist to momos with ragi and wheat flour. They're steamed, so very little oil is used, and served with an Asian dip made from just a few ingredients—a much better option than mayonnaise. You probably won't find this version anywhere else.
