Leg extensions are still the hardest exercise for me after ACL surgery. The movement puts so much direct pressure on the knee that even after a full warm-up, my knee is lowkey screaming at me the entire set.

This one's an honest look at what post-surgery training actually looks like — some exercises just don't get easier over time the way you'd expect, and leg extensions are that exercise for me. Getting to work anyway, even when a specific movement consistently causes discomfort, is part of staying consistent with a long-term recovery and training plan. It is what it is, and I keep showing up for it anyway.

Recovery from injury isn't always linear, and some exercises stay hard no matter how far along you are. Has there been one exercise that's stayed difficult for you long after an injury?
